Fallout 2 and Fallout 3 are almost completely different in terms of gameplay.

So is New Vegas and Fallout 3.

All Bethesda games play like Oblivion to me.

It's just the turn-based combat that I can't seem to get over, and everything feels so clunky.

Did you check always run?

Did you check always run?

No.

Why, does that fix the character walking around like he took a stuff in his pants?

You will run instead of walk and the gameplay will feel faster.

Okay, downloading I guess.

I got lucky when I found Fallout 2 in my cousin's games bin he was going to donate. (He is 22 now, he doesn't play video games.)

22 year olds still play video games, what is he trying to prove?

Every hour you play a game is an hour you could of made 10 bucks at McDonalds!

He lives on Long Island, he is a fisherman, going out on the ocean for days at a time, and works for a company almost full-time when he isn't on the ocean.

He doesn't have time.

Every hour you spend at McDonalds is another hour your skin becomes more greasy, smell like french fries and can't get a girl.

what was the mod for New Vegas that added in creased spawns and faction presence?

Increased Wasteland Spawns (IWS). it's on the new vegas nexus.
