High enough hacking and you get robots to fight them. I don't do that though, the best action is doing it yourself.

I have more fun being by myself I don't like companions too much.

I like traveling with nonhuman/mutant/ghoul companions.
So Dogmeat and the mr gutsy guy.
Or in NV Rex or EDE
