Funny thing about that, I have hardcore mode and very-hard mode on and the game is not that hard. Sometimes I wonder if the game switched back to normal because that's what it feels like.

Anyway, IWS spawned a legion raiding party and they slaughtered the residents of the chug and gulp. Or whatever it's called, I'm pretty upset about this and have vowed to reload and stop it.

not aiming or giving a stuff about your perks doesn't seem like very difficult thing to do

I rarely use VATS and the only combat perk I picked was run n' gun. Oh and as for hip fire I turned off my crosshair so I should be having more trouble with hip fire but I don't.

I don't understand why you guys hip fire.

I don't always hip fire, I only hip fire when I am trying to circle strafe. I mostly use ironsights when I want accuracy, it comes real handy with crosshairs off.
