Nice assumption, bro. I didn't even tell you how I play.

I rarely use VATS and the only combat perk I picked was run n' gun. Oh and as for hip fire I turned off my crosshair so I should be having more trouble with hip fire but I don't.

Do you have the best gear in game or something? I can barely kill things without sneaking like a snake unless it's a raider or some easy stuff

Should I get bloody mess? I didn't like bloody mess in fallout 3 because bodies don't disappear but since bodies disappear in New Vegas then I might as well have bloody mess.

That's exactly what I was thinking, if you use regular gear it takes like 20 headshots to kill something.

When I play Fallout 3 my weapon of choice is the hunting rifle.
I use it retty much all the time.

I prefer my Cowboy repeater in New Vegas though. I want to get the scoped unique repeater that the one first recon guy uses. Apparently I can pickpocket it off him when he's at Camp Forlorn Hope.

It's easy to kill a Deathclaw without VATS. You snipe from far away, and then just shoot the hell out of it with a Riot Shotgun as it comes back.
