TF1 over TF2

I don't honestly understand what was wrong with TF1, why did valve make TF2 more cartoony and less serious? I am assuming it was to attract more followers because stupid stuff maybe appeals to them more? I honestly like TF1 better, I wished they've continued on with that. I also don't really get the humor that people see with TF2 I guess I am just missing something.

Team Fortress Classic is an okay game for it's time, like most others.  But I like TF2 better because of the animations, and overall better aesthetics.

No but I hate childish jokes with cartoonish graphics. TF2 has both of those.

I have no idea why TF2 had to be so different from the first but I don't really give a stuff. It's a good game.

Sometimes the humor seems like a bit much, but I like the art style. In my opinion, they should have brought over more of the classic maps like Cbrown townzone, Rock2, Warpath, etc.

Tf1. I play it all the time. TF2 is still amazing.

ok so you hate all remakes and sequels. makes sense. you were totally born to see all the old stuff. i understand you were born in time for tf1 but jesus christ you're just butthurt about all sequels. and i'm pretty sure there are not many who still play it.

it's just what they say. it fits with the game, so deal with it. of course you are by playing an old game that sucks ass

TF1 is hideously ugly and broken. I've played it, and it is just plain unfun.

The TF2 developers knew that all shooters devolve into comedy anyways, and ran with it.

TF2 improved TFC cause it got tiring airshotting all those Conc jumping scouts.

plus TFC is more quake style while TF2 has a more balanced gameplay
