Also needs to be under $50 (give or take 5).

So, can you guys help me out. :/

AXIOM PRO 61 USB MIDI BOARD FTW

Seeing as how I'm not banned yet, I'll help you out;

First off; 50 dollars isn't much money if you want something good.

Secondly; Anything by: Korg, Axiom, M-Audio, and Presonus is good.

Go to local music store or guitar center or something and look there. c:

I recommend Korg. They are a reliable brand.

Thanks Sheath. :D  I'll look into those, but I heard they're fragile.  I'll be sure to be gentle with them. :o

Go to a local music instrument store, ask for some and try a few.

My sister bought one at my local instrument store and she learned a lot of difficult songs with synthesia

My sister bought one at my local instrument store and she learned a lot of difficult songs with synthesia (if i'm pronouncing that right, that guitar hero thing with keyboards on PC)

Yeah that program is awesome.

I learned how to play Dustin O'Halloran's Prelude 2 and Scott Joplin's Maple Leaf Rag using YouTube videos that were based off Synthesia.

Thanks Sheath. :D  I'll look into those, but I heard they're fragile.  I'll be sure to be gentle with them. :o

Glad to help. c:

Korg products should last you long enough. It might feel a bit fragile, electronic products tend to when you go lower into the budget as they focus on hardware and less on the case and other aspects. That is not to say it'll fall apart in 5 seconds, but yeah, always take care with products like that. :3

I just hope it doesn't fall apart as soon as I take it out of the box.

Haha.

I recommend you also watch some YouTube videos of the device. Always helps.

EDIT: Just to add, I only recommend products I'd buy myself. I personally quite like the design of the Korg Nano2. I'd buy it if I was interested in a midi keyboard.

What? :o
He made a leaving post.  In a nutshell it's "I'm too busy for BL forums, so goodbye."

Haha.
