This might be the wrong place for this, but I need help logging in through either the downloaded version of Steam or the website. The website keeps saying, when I try and create a username, this message:

When I try and create an account through the downloaded version, this comes up:

Please help! I've tried troubleshooting and nothing seemed to work.

i remember i was getting this a lot when i first got my account on steam but i cant remember what fixed it

Yesterday, Steam kept going in and out. Might be the problem

It's been happening for the past 3 months whenever I try and create a Steam. Coincidence?

I spotted the problem, thanks to a very helpful friend on Winner's server. Apparently I had created a Steam Account in the past with the same email.
