I've always wanted a game where you are in a "free-roam" world, can pick up anything and use it as a weapon, "glue" stuff together for better weapons, able to climb over objects, and building almost anything

I don't think there has been a game with this, customization weapons, "free-roam", climbing, and building with cars and stuff

Like I could pick up a stick and a chainsaw, "glue" the chainsaw to the stick, "build" the stick onto the car, drive anywhere, kill people, crash the car and hop over stuff to find another car
