what i do when i get a new game (Day of Defeat for example) i look for good community groups to help me with how the game works, like the tactics best used for it, the little glitches that can really make it easy, so on

Depends on the game.

cypherrr started playing Quake III at 12, and 5 years later, he was able to beat a top-tier player (SK-Zero4, who happened to be his inspiration to start playing Quake) in a 1v1.

My brother is actually pretty decent at sniping, which I can't even do. He's been able to snipe me a couple times. But then I realize where he is, and I just come up behind him and blast his head off. I am also far more adept at running into a battlefield and blowing the stuff out of all the enemies. My longest killstreak was 14.
My brother's was 2.

But, he's 7, I'm 14. Again, his kills/deaths is 1.24 and mine is now almost 7.something
