Ok, here's a quick Geopolitical brown townysis of the situation.

There are 2 powers trying to get supremacy over the planet. One is the Forums powers, mainly myself, Wizzeh and Tingolia, and the other was the informal alliance between HoTCR, Iodine, and New Rome.

The roughly equal power in these nations kept everything at a stalemate. But now that Wizzeh is gone and the "informal alliance" has space supremacy, they have emerged as the dictators of Cerio. Tharsha will not stand for this.

In time I suspect that HoTCR, Iodine, and New Rome will use their power to begin oppressing the smaller, less functioning nations around them. The balance of power has been severed.

Congratulations Oasis, you've traded one evil for another.

I was destroyed by a completely ridiculous weapon in violation of both the letter and the spirit of the rules of this thread with the excuse that I violated the spirit of the rules of the thread (which I didn't, since Oasis allowed it and then decided he didn't like it when alien tech made me the arguably most powerful nation on cerio).

Not only this, but the balance of power was severed for the most childish of reasons and that was that Wizzeh was being an starfish and wouldn't accept defeat. Yes he was this but so were Iodine, HoTCR, and New Rome.

If Wizzeh is guilty of these things and gets kicked from the RP, then you equally deserve such punishment.

I said that we've had them for a long time. The Titan laser systems we have on our frigates have been ground-mounted and use an upgraded targeting processor. The Republic of Iodine was only fighting to prevent an 'overlord' of the world. No more hostilities will be taken unless absolutely needed or if the Republic is attacked.

My Alderamin colony has existed since Earth 3.0. That's a VERY LONG time. We have records from Enduva and Hera stored on Alderamin and we also have a massive shipyard there where we have been constructing a fleet. The Alderamin colony was not widely known so I did not announce construction of this massive fleet nor did I make note of anything being made on Alderamin at all.

I beg to differ. It's just that all hostilities were rooster-blocked by Oasis because for some odd reason he doesn't want a war between us. The fact is, war is a natural part of international politics and blocking it from the RP is no way to handle the situation.

However if there was a war both sides would refuse to accept their losses and whine that they're being beaten to stuff. That's where the lack of organization comes in. Nations don't keep up with their forces or projects and that makes this prone to abuse. For all I know Wizzeh and Tingolia have been pulling stuff out of their asses and so have Iodine, HoTCR, and New Rome.

All nations were supposed to start out equal. It was ok if you gave yourself stuffty perks like, "It's people are highly inquisitive and so science progresses slightly faster."

However it's not ok when you say, "Our nation uses data we got from the last 2 games and builds a super weapon."

Why wouldn't we keep records of what happened? Our country is based purely on science. It was formed by scientists.
