Tharsha completes it's mothership and launches into orbit. It then warps into deep space, leaving behind a cloud shaped as a middle finger in cerio's atmosphere. A radio broadcast lingers behind from the Commissariat of Foreign Affairs,
"Attention Cerio, your butthurt ways are forgeted up so goodbye."
And with that, Tharsha left Cerio. It would scavenge the universe and eventually settle on another planet, a virtual paradise. It made many technological and scientific advancements free from war and poverty. It's people live a high standard of living until the day they die.
All that was left of Tharsha's legacy on Cerio were the two vacant, crumbling cities. The mines, lumber yards, and factories are vacant and empty as if people just left. However, Tharsha's legacy has been left in it's capital building. Every play, song, movie, composition, and scientific advancement can be found on a computer hard drive sitting in the vacant room where the Commissars would hold their meetings.
Stories are passed down of the stories of Cerio, to teach lessons and discipline to the youth of the new paradise. Maybe one day they'll return.
