can someone tell me how to fix this? (see attachment)
it happens when i try to play in the campaign mod, if i play in multiplayer maps this doesnt happen

That happened to me once on L4D. Except most textures and guns were replaced with rainbow pixels. Others looked like this.

Which campaign maps are you using?

nvm i fixed it by re installing both halo: combat evolved and custom ed.
