Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Need help!

I'm trying to kill Umbra at level 1 (yes, i'm that crazy) and I've found a few strategies that don't seem to work for me.  Does anyone have their own methods of killing her?  Please help!

Don't bother killing her to get the sword at level 1.

Wait until level 25 before you start getting quest rewards and stuff like that. Most special swords are leveled and if you get it at level 1 it will suck ass later in-game.

EDIT: After level 25, all special items are at their full potential (given you've used that skill and leveled it up.)

Anyways, just jump on the broken pillar in the room and constantly hit her with magic. I recommend waiting until you're a higher level though, as the sword you can get from her will be better the higher level you are.

Ontopic: Dont kill her at level one. You should at least wait till lvl 10.

Also, Imo the sword isnt that good :3

Glitch a bound daedric claymore and that is essentially the best sword in the game. To keep it make sure you drop the sword.

or you could legitimately get one and not cheat.

You complain about the game making you into a super character  but it's because you exploit glitches.

I have plenty of daedric claymores but they never beat the bound claymore.
