yeah no, that doesn't work. it just boots up steam.

Does it? I managed to boot up Portal 2 just fine when my steam couldn't connect to the internet by running the exe.

Are you sure your bank has resolved it?

If its a payment dispute, contact your bank to make sure that the payment is made absolutely.

I'm thinking Steam's automated servers automatically lock up your account if a credit card payment is not made, because you still have access to the game and they don't have the money you're supposed to pay.

Go down to your bank in person and get it solved out.

my account got suspended yesterday because i found out games were being bought through my account (i've lost about $100 from my debit card) i asked steam for a refund, so right now i'm waiting and after looking at this topic well :C

all 50 of my games are on steam

the only non steam games i have are Minecraft and FATE (fate is fun but gets boring after a while)

1 good thing though, my friend had bought me the HIB 3 recently so that's about 10 other games although not multiplayer :/

I had to get my email back before I could get my Steam back.

yes you can, got back to your HiB page scroll down and click download on the games, it should work
