The Hampton Roads city network in Virginia (south east part, where I live) has some very nice, constantly expanding big and small cities which vary in attractions and leisure. Also, if you decide to work with or for our Navy, the Norfolk Shipyard here is the biggest in the country and can usually guarantee work.
