*On tutorial level the light doesnt shine on the interiors
*On start server screen the bar with add-ons music and advanced options it is black

so what if its black it looks cool ifya ask me

This only happens if you turn your "Texture lights" setting down to 1 (which is really 0, which is a bug)

Not a glitch.  It matches the rest of the options menus.

I have never had this happen.  It is apparently caused or exacerbated by some add-ons.  If anyone has a way to reproduce this consistently please send it to me.
