What is the command to wear a hat?

And: Is there/there should be a command like /listhats which shows all the hats you own.

How do I disable snake hat?

Glitch that I've noticed:  They all come in order.  The first common hat is the tophat.  The first uncommon hat is the present hat.  The first rare is a unicorn hat.  It's not random.. :c That needs to be fixed
