maybe you should go to The Other Doctor that correctly diagnosed your sister

or maybe an ear nose and mouth specialist, they have those, right?

When I overweight as a child starting doing 10 push ups, 10 situps, jumping jacks for 2 minutes, and 4 laps around the basketball court, then built up over the weeks. Today I am healthier.

maybe not the emergency room but i'd recommend going to a GOOD doctor

Can't remember ever having an ear infection. So I suggest you get that checked out by a trustworthy professional before you go deaf.

Perhaps the infection is spreading to other things in it's immediate area, such as YOUR BRAIN?

Prolly a good idea to go to the ER.
