Ill answer them later.

1. Should an RPG start out with only certain types of weapons, or give you a wide selection?
-Either start with a bunch and introduce nothing more or start with basic ones and add more later on.

2. What makes games like Call of Duty so bad? How would you fix it?
-Just the general community. Can't really be fixed.

3. What kind of games would you like to see more of.
-More games that are original, basically.

4. Should game developers rush to release a game, or should they take their time until the game is polished?
-I'm the kind of guy who likes to brush out all the bugs before releasing stuff unless they're minor bugs.

5. Should more games be open world, or mission based?
-Open-world. But none of that 'run to the whole other side of the world for a quest' stuff. At least not often.

6. What should game developers spend their time on the most? Music/Sound, Graphical Quality, or Storyline?
-Storyline.

7. In your opinion, what was the most groundbreaking game of the 2000s? (Year)
-uh i dont know honestly.

8. Where would you prefer to buy your games, online (on programs like steam) or on store shelves?
-Online if I don't have to have internet to play them.

9. Have games like Minecraft affected gaming? If so, for better or worse?
-Yeah, hard to say for better or worse. A bit of both, more so better, I say.

10. Could a game "over deliver"? (Provide so much content that you feel overwhelmed?)
-Yes.

11. Should more games go to the F2P system, and rely on ingame transactions?
-Depends.

12. What games are you looking forward to the most?
-Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

13. What is your favorite game genre?
-RPG Fantasy

14. Which is more reliable for gaming? Console or PC?
-as for reliability, it's hard to say. Probably consoles, though PC is ultimately better.

15. In open-world games, should game developers spend time on creating invisible walls and barriers?
-no barriers! :D

16. How much would you like to interact with your games?
-define "interact". I like when everything in the environment does something.

17. Your thoughts on Indie games?
-They seem to do well enough. I like them.

18. Sometimes indie developers introduce a "pay what you want" system (The humble indie bundle, for example.) What is your opinion on this?
-It's their choice, they should know what happens if they do that.

19. What what makes a game immersive?
-sugar and spice and everything nice  :cookieMonster:

20. What is your opinions on people who pirate games?
-It's illegal, and you're making the developers lose money.

You just make too many topics.
well you make too many posts. i'll ignore everything you say.

anyway questions
1. Should an RPG start out with only certain types of weapons, or give you a wide selection?
it depends on the RPG, really, but try to start with basics.
2. What makes games like Call of Duty so bad? How would you fix it?
little changes between games.
3. What kind of games would you like to see more of.
original games that bring something new to the table
4. Should game developers rush to release a game, or should they take their time until the game is polished?
balance between rush and polishing
5. Should more games be open world, or mission based?
depends on the genre and such
6. What should game developers spend their time on the most? Music/Sound, Graphical Quality, or Storyline?
all three however storyline is probably least important.
7. In your opinion, what was the most groundbreaking game of the 2000s? (Year)
can't really say
8. Where would you prefer to buy your games, online (on programs like steam) or on store shelves?
online, generally easier.
9. Have games like Minecraft affected gaming? If so, for better or worse?
not too much, spawned some bad clones but that's about it.
10. Could a game "over deliver"? (Provide so much content that you feel overwhelmed?)
it just means the game will last longer, but a ridiculous amount (like 400 different weapons) is not a good idea.
11. Should more games go to the F2P system, and rely on ingame transactions?
depends if the ingame transactions give buyers an advantage. if so, no.
12. What games are you looking forward to the most?
none in particular

depends on the game.

You just make too many topics.
You're the first person to complain

1. RPGs should only start out with certain weapons. New players will be completely overwhelmed with the choices and have no idea what to do.

2. CoD isn't terrible, but I always feel like I'm playing the same game over and over.

3. I'd like to see more sandbox/adventure games.

4. Developers should make sure everything is nice and polished before releasing a game, because otherwise you get games like Fallout and Elder Scrolls where there are bugs that can actually break the game.

5. I think more games should be mission-based. Mission-based games seem to have almost disappeared from the gaming world. I enjoy exploring, but sometimes I wish I didn't have to wander around looking for what I'm supposed to be doing for hours.

6. Storyline is, in my opinion, the most important part of a game. I've played Flash games with 8-bit graphics that had better stories than some more modern games, and I enjoyed them much more. You can take a game like TimeShift, which had fairly good graphics for its time, but the storyline was difficult to understand to the point that it barely seemed to exist. The game mechanics were fun, but without a story there was a big empty hole.

7. The most groundbreaking game of the 2000's? That's tough. I don't really have a good answer for that.

8. I prefer to buy games online, but that's because I don't have to find transportation to get to the store.

9. I really don't think anything like Minecraft affected gaming.

10. I've definitely played games that "over-deliver". See #1.

11. The whole "F2P with a store" gimmick is annoying to me.

12. The only game I'm really looking forward to is the next installment in the Half-Life series. I'll throw the Minecraft Adventure update on that list too.

13. I don't really have a favorite genre. Puzzle is my least favorite, though.

14. PC is far more reliable than console. A computer can have vastly superior power, leading to better sound, graphics, etc.

15. Invisible walls annoy me. If you don't want me to go there, at least make up a reason why. Bad Company did a good job by telling you that you were in range of enemy artillery if you strayed outside the map.

16. Not sure what you mean by interacting with games. Control-wise, I'll stick to a mouse and keyboard. Getting-into-the-game-wise, I like to be drawn in to some extent.

17. Indie games are good. Indie developers have more freedom.

18. The "Pay what you want" system is a good idea. Although some people will pay a penny, others will give hundreds or even thousands.

19. Good story and well-developed characters get me into a game.

20. No opinion.

IMO Half Life 2 was most groundbreaking for 2000's

So Ive realized that a lot of gamers have different opinions about how games should run/work, so Ive decided to create this list of questions.

1. Should an RPG start out with only certain types of weapons, or give you a wide selection?
I believe a game should start you out with the basics, but still allow you to have access to the things you need

2. What makes games like Call of Duty so bad? How would you fix it?
Its the community

3. What kind of games would you like to see more of.
More open world games.
4. Should game developers rush to release a game, or should they take their time until the game is polished?
The more polished the game, the less people complain, the less game developers have to do.
5. Should more games be open world, or mission based?
Open world
6. What should game developers spend their time on the most? Music/Sound, Graphical Quality, or Storyline?
Storyline
7. In your opinion, what was the most groundbreaking game of the 2000s? (Year)
Crysis. Games like these show you how lacking others are.
8. Where would you prefer to buy your games, online (on programs like steam) or on store shelves?
Online. They have more freedom and allow me to buy games without leaving the house
9. Have games like Minecraft affected gaming? If so, for better or worse?
I think Minecraft has changed the way people look at games. I know several people who, before they played minecraft, were graphic cigarettes and changed after playing Minecraft.
10. Could a game "over deliver"? (Provide so much content that you feel overwhelmed?)
Yes! So much yes!
11. Should more games go to the F2P system, and rely on ingame transactions?

Adventure, roleplaying, fantasy
14. Which is more reliable for gaming? Console or PC?

15. In open-world games, should game developers spend time on creating invisible walls and barriers?
Give me a reason I cant pass the barrier

17. Your thoughts on Indie games?
I love em
18. Sometimes indie developers introduce a "pay what you want" system (The humble indie bundle, for example.) What is your opinion on this?

14. Which is more reliable for gaming? Console or PC?

---

20. What is your opinions on people who pirate games?
People are just gonna find a way to find your games free.

1. Should an RPG start out with only certain types of weapons, or give you a wide selection?
Only certain types. That way, you have more to play for.

2. What makes games like Call of Duty so bad? How would you fix it?
Call of Duty itself isn't bad. What I don't like about the series is how the makers release essentially the same game every year. They aren't looking to make a new or original game, just to make the most money.

3. What kind of games would you like to see more of.
Shadow of the Colossus.

4. Should game developers rush to release a game, or should they take their time until the game is polished?
Make sure it's polished. Although the relative ease for developers to release patches makes this a moot point.

5. Should more games be open world, or mission based?
Open world, with missions.

6. What should game developers spend their time on the most? Music/Sound, Graphical Quality, or Storyline?
I can overlook bad graphics and storyline if the gameplay is fun, but bad sound absolutely ruins games.

7. In your opinion, what was the most groundbreaking game of the 2000s? (Year)
Minecraft. No pun intended.

8. Where would you prefer to buy your games, online (on programs like steam) or on store shelves?
Online. Digital distribution is the present and future.

9. Have games like Minecraft affected gaming? If so, for better or worse?
I don't see how any successful game can negatively impact the industry.

10. Could a game "over deliver"? (Provide so much content that you feel overwhelmed?)
No. The more content, the better. No exceptions.

11. Should more games go to the F2P system, and rely on ingame transactions?
It would be great since anybody would be able to play, but for many developers, f2p isn't financially feasible.

12. What games are you looking forward to the most?
Skyrim and Mass Effect 3.

13. What is your favorite game genre?
Action/Adventure.

14. Which is more reliable for gaming? Console or PC?
PC.

15. In open-world games, should game developers spend time on creating invisible walls and barriers?
Game boundaries should be distinct, such as bodies of water.

16. How much would you like to interact with your games?
Video games are already interactive entertainment...

17. Your thoughts on Indie games?
Good part of the industry. Large game developers don't always have the most creative minds working for them.

18. Sometimes indie developers introduce a "pay what you want" system (The humble indie bundle, for example.) What is your opinion on this?
Good idea, since a portion goes to charity.

19. What what makes a game immersive?
Invoking emotions in the player. Fear, sadness, etc.

20. What is your opinions on people who pirate games?
They're poor.
