So today. This is exactly what I had
Breakfast :
Big bowl of cereal

Lunch:
Cheese quesadilla
rice
cake
milk

3 fruit snacks for a snack


Dinner:

2 chicken pattys
pizza
hamburger
2 sodas
skittles
and now icecream.

Fat isn't how much you eat.

It is how much fat is on your body.


If you keep eating like that without exercise, yes.
