I play on 7 when I play split screen with friends.

Playing split screen brings your sensitivity down. 10 is fine for me normally, but in split screen, it feels like 3.

Open the .cfg file with Notepad or similar. search for "sensitivity" and increase the number next to until satisfied, Don't forget to save.

High sensitivity on a PC is a dumb idea IMO.
On a console, not so much.
