it's not that EVERYTHING has to be posted in a megathread

it's that there are about 4 kilo-stufftons of people complaining about how the servers are busy in the megathread as well, but out of all them, this one guy makes a thread about it and about how unhappy he is. In many of our opinions, it's simply not needed

We can't fix it, it's a server overload.

That is the point people like Oasis and I are trying to get across. See, if you read the OP, he is literally just upset because the servers are down. If I made a thread for every time I was upset something didn't work, I would be the biggest topic-poster in the forums. People are complaining about how unhappy they are in the actual megathread. Why make an entire thread dedicated to say

"Servers are overloaded
I'm unhappy"

Comon. There's no reason to hate on Oasis. It's people like you trying to justify OP's actions. It's just stupid and that's all there is to it. If he still didn't get the download, yes it sucks, but he'll get it sooner or later and best of luck to him. Lots of people want to play. It's a fun game.

What's the need to get an answer? All I'm trying to say is that stuff like "the servers are flooded" and "my minecraft crashed, here's the crashlog-" are completely different things. The first doesn't require an answer honestly. You just have to wait. Be patient. Now things like the second one can be answered and help drastically so he can actually play the game again.

How old are we talking? The people I knew (including myself) couldn't update until we got the most recent launcher.

I had my extremely old launcher as well, and I updated first try. It took like 3 seconds from starting up and pressing login

This is a complaint thread purely to complain about servers being extremely busy. Many people are complaining, but this guy is the first to make a thread just to say he is unhappy about it.
