For solo piano, you should probably try some
Chopin or Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata (especially the
third movement and the
Pathetique, you probably know the first movement already)
As for violin: my favourite composer is
Bach. Check out his violin concertos. Pretty much all of them are epic.
Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" is always a winner. Check out these pieces:
Winter and
Summer - PrestoIf you want some crazy violin, you should check out
Paganini. He was the ancestor of speed metal and shredding.
