So forget, I went to the labyrinth place and did all the stuff there and on the way out my followers get stuck and won't move even when I tell them to go home, any of you guys know any good followers besides Faendal and Lydia? Because they will not move no matter what.

I don't use followers at all. All they do is get in the way.

Oh, and a pack mule. My follower is a mage, and right now she's decked out in Elven and Dwarven armor.

I dislike most mandatory followers you get on quests. It's really loving annoying when you're trying to sneak around and your companion just runs up and tries to attack the entire thalmor embassy with an iron axe (forget you alvurstein). It's also annoying because they follow you into rooms and then stop in the doorway so you can't get out

And when they get in the way and you accidentally kill them, making you guilty of murder.
Now when I'm an evil character this is hardly a problem. But it sucks if you're an honorable warrior.

After reading the responses I decided to let Faendel and Lydia rot in the labyrinth. I only used them for helping me kill trolls but I can solo them now so I'm good.
