My aunt just gave me her morrowind CD case that came with a box of things she sent to me. It says 'Game of the Year Edition' on the front.
It has both expansions YES

Morrowind's a great game.
I also like that Skyrim's main story line feels a lot more like Morrowind's.
It doesn't feel like a pressing need to complete it early on. I imagine that as you get further along in the quest line it will feel more demanding, but at the start its fine.
