How long does it take for NPCS to get more stuff into their inventory? I recently pickpocketed nearly everyone in Riften and I have a lust for more riches.

Figures--Up until I need quicksilver ingots, EVERYONE carries them. Now I'm hankering for an Elven bow, but nobody has any quicksilver. Ugh.

And also, why does my amphibious Argonian, when swimming, have to come up to the surface gasping for air like he can't breathe underwater?

I have an Elven bow. I stole it from the companions living quarters area. lol

I'm just going to bring all of my companions to Sky Haven Temple to become blades. I don't really have a use for travelling with them. At this point in the game they just get in the way and with them as blades I'll feel like I'm restoring an ancient order and feel good about myself.

I can't stand sneaking around with any NPC--they don't comprehend the concept of a stealth kill.
If they are in any danger of being seen, they won't hastily pick off the one who could potentially find them--they go charging in like there's no hope left.
