No, I mean like a "two or three hours into gameplay, feeling bored the entire time, trying to do missions but hardly even working up enough energy to go deal with them, lacking any desire to play or having any immersion into game, not being able to play for more than fifteen minutes or so before you have to shut it off and take a break, as it constantly bothers you if only because of how much you desire to have fun with it, and how aware you are at the sheer greatness that the game has to offer, so treacherously ruining lives and driving you into an existential quandary of loathing and self-doubt as you question everything you know and Love" kind of boredom. :u
I sure wasn't bored when I first played, and after 69 hours I'm still not. I didn't watch anything at all about the game though. No trailers, no lets plays, etc. I think that made the game a lot better.

You're revived the original meaning of "Say cheese!" (To make children smile for pictures, as it was random but now commonplace.) It's funny again!
