Holy forget, that thing was insane... The model creator tried to overlap a human with a dragon body, and it came out looking so loving freaky. Holy forget. AH!

Okay, for a while now I've had "Brand-Shei's Silver Sapphire Necklace" in my inventory. It's a quest item, and I can't drop it for that reason. I had a quest related to him, so I thought doing it might get this stupid thing out of my inventory. However, nothing happened. I looked it up, and Google can't even find mention of this thing. Should I just use console to get rid of it, or does anyone where know wtf it is and wtf it's doing being stuck in my inventory?

No, it's different. The guy is involved in entering the Thieves Guild and all, but this item isn't involved. I'm perplexed that no place even mentions it, but it's annoying to have it cluttering my inventory.
