I some how obtained Dragonheart Scales from a dragon randomly. What is it and what does it do?

After simply putting the name into Google: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Alteration_Ritual_Spell

Apparently, it's only for a/the quest.

Thanks. I have everything except level 90 alteration.

Thrall spells last 86313600 seconds. Google says that's roughly 2.775 years. So if you left Skyrim on for 2.775 years with one of those on, it'd actually disappear. Who's up for the challenge?

I Know Why The Caged Dragon Shouts
A parody of Maya Angelou's "I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings"

Alduin leaves,
sent forth by the Kel,
and floats downstream
on the currents of Time,
and dips Helgen
in his orange fire-breath
and dares to eat the world.

But Odahviing, sitting
in Dragonsreach
can seldom see through
his bars of rage;
his wings useless, body in chains
so he opens his throat to Shout.

Odahviing shouts
with a fearful roar
of things unknown
but longed for still,
and his Thu'um is heard
on the distant hill,
for Odahviing
shouts of freedom.

Alduin thinks of another breeze,
the powerful Shout of the Dragonborn,
and fat men waiting in old Whiterun,
and claims Skyrim his own.

But Odahviing stands on a grave of dreams,
Alduin ignores his nightmare scream,
his wings useless, body in chains,
so he opens his throat to Shout.

Odahviing shouts
with a fearful roar
of things unknown
but longed for still,
and his Thu'um is heard
on the distant hill,
for Odahviing
shouts of freedom.

dragon has light armour?

yesyesyesyes
Doesn't matter when you have the perk that makes heavy armour weightless when worn.

Favourite thing Cicero says

Madness is merry and merriments might, when the Jester comes calling with his knife in the night.

Creppy stuff.

So much for radiant AI, aren't people supposed to take other NPCs' places?

3 of the 4 Orc Strongholds have blacksmiths in them, with a mine and forge.

There's also markarth, and most other main cities.

oh yeah, markarth exists

i only go to whiterun and riften forget all the other holds

also where are the orc strongholds
