I feel I was ignored

Are you sure you aren't getting confused with "Better Breasts?"

Steel plate in the house.

Once I get Ebony to Daedric and to Dragon i'm gonna beef up heavy armor.

Iron > Steel > Dwenmer > Orcish > Ebony > Dragon > Daedric

i don't care what the smithing perk says, Daedric has a bigger armor rating than dragon.

But dragon armor costs the most and takes less materials.

No.

I said that because his screenshot looked like it would be Skyrim 64.

and looks less crazy evil demonic. I looks more socially acceptable while still appearing impressive.

"Is your armor made of... dragon bones? By the gods, what I wouldn't give for a set of that."
I prefer dragon over Daedric because my character isn't here to bring about the end of all life as we know it.

I don't think someone wearing armor made out of bones around towns would look socially acceptable. It would just make people think "oh god that person is wearing armor made out of bones he's really tough and must have killed a lot of things im going to back away now"

also should i make a daedric war axe or daedric sword; i can upgrade both

Sword is faster so I'd say sword.

I was trying to install the better combat sounds mod, but for some reason the sounds folder doesn't exist in me steam directory. What do I doooooooo?

I don't think someone wearing armor forged in the fires of hell would look socially acceptable either. People would think, "By the Nine! That demon will kill us all! Women and children first!"
I use Daedric weapons, but I leave the armor for my companions and housecarls.

All the default files are compressed into big files. The game ignores the default ones if it finds folders pertaining to it. AKA just put the Sounds folder into the Skyrim\Data folder, and it will run those. You aren't overwriting anything.

Whoops, I forgot to say that it's for Oblivion.
And I did mean better beasts but that's not as important as this.
