If you get it for PC, you can transfer your saves between the systems. However, the PC version is buggy as hell and I actually enjoyed playing it on a rented xbox version more than on PC. If you have it for xbox, take my advice and keep it for xbox, because skyrim works best by far on that system. Of course, you will not have easy access to mods and the console, which are still possible, just more difficult. The base game for Skyrim is much more fun to play on console.
I'm not sure what's happening but my magicka seems to be regenerating instantly, allowing for endless spell casting.Actually I just fast traveled and it depletes again.
buggy as hell? what? what? what? I have not experienced a single bug that doesn't exist on consoles and consoles are known to have more gamebreaking problems than the pc. And the rest of your post was entirely loving opinion based and I can't disagree with you more.
Who's that guy in the black and red armor?

God what the hell are you talking about. Any bug on PC is on xbox/ps3. I'm not even sure if the consoles get updates. Also most decent mods don't work on console. Only very minor mods will work on console and thats after you jtag your xbox or whatever.
