Worst glitch I encountered. There were other glitches sure, but the weapon racks were the most annoying.

For me, the cell resets and mannequin glitches forced me to move out. I couldn't place anything on a shelf or some stuff, or it would reset its location. And the mannequins saved whatever armor they had on them, so I couldn't redress them with fancier armor.

Oh man, I was so mad because Skyrim was super bright, and I re-installed, which took around three hours (this was after fiddling about for around 3), and it STILL wasn't fixed. I made a new character, and it was fixed. Then I reloaded my main character, and realized that was Night Eye's effect.
