I did that entire course in under 3 minutes and 28 seconds.

Just ordered Oblivion for PC. Canyourunit passed with flying colors. Didn't think it would play well.

Any recommended mods? And recommended mods for Morrowind that aren't overhauls. Okay maybe texture stuff, but nothing extreme.

thieves arsenal for oblivion fosho

I dislike thief playstyle as my main playstyle but alright.

you might still like the mod if your character is archery inclined

it's things like climbing rope arrows, gas arrows, oil arrows, etc

The gas arrows were glitchy as forget for me, I got murder bounty for using them and the game still said the guards were chasing me even after I've gotten a long ways away.
The rope arrows don't have much use since most rooftops you can't access and the ones you can can be gotten to normally.

i never had any problem with any of them, although i didn't use the rope arrows much

must have been your game

Oh yes, how could I forget, a fix for the guards ._.

Also, get midas magic.

Reneer's Guard Overhaul

I'll probably look myself for some, but do you guys know any mods as far as like increased NPC activity or more NPCs? Like more bandit encounters, more citizens stealing/on quests for themselves/ or doing something or something like that. And if you're familiar with Morrowind, I mean something like 'Morrowowind Comes Alive'

As well as a camping mod.

(And companions, but I'll look for them myself)

I just turned off the compass in Skyrim using the ini, it's a lot more fun to randomly explore when I can't see a symbol for a fort in front of me.

There are definitely mods for everything you want, I can't think of any names right now for the npc activity and stuff, but I have used them.
I would recommend grabbing better cities, but be warned it adds a lot to cities and can often be a little taxing on your computer.
There's also Martigen's Monster Mod, it adds a ton of wildlife and enemies to fight.

If you do notice bad fps drops I would recommend loving around with the graphics settings involving grass, since there is so much of it and doesn't add that much to the visual experience.
