if they aren't happy about that then they shouldn't have released the assets to create free mods

You're missing the point of DLC

The DLC is officially supported and kept up to date version-to-version. It provides a wider base for modified features which might be more stable.

It's not Xbox only, M$ just has a deal with Bethesda to get exclusive rights to DLC for a short period of time. I assume it will come to PC a month later, like Dawnguard.

Well at least it's coming to PC. I don't mind waiting for a month.

OnTopic: I have been playing skyrim a lot lately. I have now killed a BUNCH of dragons, i own a house, and i have a nice set of both Light and Heavy armors. Im working on my sneak + pick pocketing and i need to find a Soul Trap weapon (preferably a dagger or sword). Where can i buy one of these? The Court Wizard in Whiterun didn't have one.
