Thanks for posting that, my subscription feed didn't show me this.

I was actually just wondering about ESO and what happened to it. When it first got announced there was a huge backlash and then it fell into obscurity.

I have said that I have no interest in it, but I think I might have to play it if it has an immersive story and environment

The combat is what I'm most interested in. That's my main problem with current MMOs. I also like that there will be only one huge server. That's gonna be nuts.

but it won't feel like one since it all phased into the groups that he was talking about.

What do you mean? There will still be thousands upon thousands of people on at any time.

well when you say "that's gonna be nuts", it won't be any different from any other mmo, because while it is all on one server you don't see all of the players, only those in your phase group.

Did the entire Thieve's Guild questline in Skyrim today. What a long day...

I wish there was a mod that added flies, or at least the sound of flies, to corpses.

including the repeatable side quests that unlock the shops and make you official guild master?

Hmm. On second thought, I think I'll jump the boat from WoW to TESO when it comes out.
No matter how much I play WoW, I'll never feel like I'm playing it correctly because there will always, always be someone better than me.

I don't play mmos often, but when i do I play GW2, just because I don't have to pay for a new month every time I want to. Before GW2 I would play DDO.

I'll try TESO, but if its a subscription, I imagine I won't play it for long.

It's not that I can't afford a subscription but I don't enjoy mmos for a long enough period of time at a time to want to pay for them. If that makes sense.

I personally think the TES universe lacks large bosses, or enemies with strategies. (Like let's say a weak point on their back, that you have to stun them to reach, or when they say fire is good against trolls, they make trolls a lot more difficult, but fire actually does a lot of damage). But that's just me. It seems too much like a spam the attack button till its dead and then open the menu and then gorge on potions to heal when you're low.

I like how there ARE bosses, and they are cool, but most of them can pretty much one-two shot you if you don't heal yourself every 5 seconds.

I'm with Sabbin. A good boss fight is one of my favorite things in gaming.

Malkoran was probably my favorite boss, but it was really just bash the stuff out of him until he one hits you or he dies.

(I'm mostly a melee character, though I upped my restoration so I could heal easily)
