I used the alternate start mod plus that one mod that allows you to actually play instruments and moonlight at inns and stuff for money to roleplay as a homeless bard who lives off tips and never actually found out that she's the dragonborn. Sometimes she beats people to death with her lute.

The game is easy enough that wearing low tier armors shouldnt be a problem
