Author Topic: Particle Acceleration  (Read 6170 times)

I need to know the variable (If any) in a particle that constantly accelerates the particle in the direction its travleing.

Its not ConstantAcceleration, because that accelerates the particle awway from the brick at the same angle it came out.

So you want it to keep going?  Set it to 900000 or something?

no i want it to have a force pushing it in the direction its going.

O<-- Particle,Emitter -->E

                                 ._ O

Oh like a vacuum that sucks it though.

Well sort of if this does exist i can make orbiting particles.

Id set constant aceleration to -1.0, and the other varible to 1.0, so the constant aceleration acts as gravity pulling it back to the emitter. Wile the other varible acts as inertia ballancing the forces causeing an elliptical orbit.

^Particle accelerator.

^Particle accelerator.
Thats getting turned on soon can't wait =D

Looks like a giant vacum cleaner to me.

yay
now they can smash really small stuff together at even HIGHER speeds! wewt!

'really small' and 'high speeds' just doesn't cut it with technology like that. By the way, where is that if "it's being turned on soon"?

They should put a knife in there with lotsa particles so that theres a 100% chance of an atom spilting.

1. You'd need a blade much thinner than the atoms themselves, which would be impossible - the blade itself if made of atoms.
2. Highspeed object + Particles of air = Meteorite = Accelerator In Bits

=[ I want an atom to go Boom.
