Ok Addon is rain/snow fix like when ur building you get the rain/snow come through your bricks or car/truck/semi/plane and its not realistic so we need to make it where is doesn't and when it hits it hits like its real rain or like what it looks like what it does when it hits the ground.

Blockland doesn't allow that because WheeledVehicle doesn't call onCollision, I'm pretty sure.

I doubt badspot will make an engine change for snow hitting cars.

Technically it would be "normal sized" pencil because Blocko minifigs are the size of small toys.
