Awesome. :D

I mean, I'm more excited than I've ever been about any kind of update on anything somehow.

What is wrong with you?

I stated my opinion and some of my concerns. I see no problem in that.

he's killer2 if that's any help

Who are you to judge me? I am me, and if you don't like that, then you need to take a look at the world once in a while. It's not like the world itself is full of perfect people.

Thanks. Seems legit, but I hate Wikipedia since it is basically made by anyone. Why would UAC be needed anyways?

Awesome. :D

Now all we need is an expansion or players.

i doubt it. badspot's never seemed like the kind of person who would do that. if he did make more content updates like that it would be cool.

Since this update can do such a thing, maybe Badspot plans to use this to do just that.

So v20 is a pretty big update I guess, lol.

It's really surprising, too, considering nobody really expected this to happen, I don't think.

neat :D

wow I didn't expect v20 to change so much.

I happily await it's release!

minecraft launcher and blockland launcher wow....

Lol, I never noticed that until now.

Lol, I never noticed that until now.
Haha, my first thought was that this'll let him get on par with Minecraft's release schedule.

I really need a few technical details so that I can update as soon as it comes out. I'm really worried that I won't be around as soon as the update happens; I need to be there, too.

The launcher can run from "Program Files" (or "Applications" on the mac), your normal familiar Blockland files will be automatically written out to your user profile directory before running.  Add-ons and everything will still work, you just put them in a different place now.

To run a dedicated server, you will run BlocklandLauncher.exe -dedicated (and whatever other arguments you like).  The launcher runs in console only mode, updates, then runs your dedicated server as normal.
So, these "familiar files" are the base files that all servers will share?
I'm running multiple servers under one user and I'm afraid I'm going to run into trouble.

baddie runs on win7 :o
also, the new logo looks lovey

i should check gen. discussion more often
i really didn't think we were going to have a v20, and i was fine with that.

All I can do right now is

:O

New Blockland launcher looks pretty. I like it.

At least the "we need a new engine" crap is settled now.

Can't possibly think what Blockland could use after this update. It covers OS problems, faster quicker updates for bug fixes, etc.
