Wizard 101 is a game where you are a wizard obviously. There are seven diffrent classes. Fire,Ice,Storm,Life,Death,Myth, and Balance each class has diffrent spells that go to lvl 42. The maximum lvl is lvl 60. There are many diffrent worlds in the "Spiral". There is Wizard City,Kroktopia,Grizzilhiem,Wysteria and so on and so forth. You have you primary and secondary class. It is free. You can buy a membership but it only lasts for how ever long you bought it for. Or you can get crowns wich alough access to places you buy and you get cool stuff. I dont have any pics sorry. Thank you for your time.

This game is frowned upon here. It was fun when I was younger, though.

WIZARDS? CAN I BE ONE IN THIS GAME?

I like it i didnt know it was frowned upon :/

Yes just look it up in google  :cookieMonster:

I don't like it because I'm not into those games where you buy a membership that lasts until a set amount of time, then buy it again, and again, and again. Do the math, the costs just build up.

Fire used to rape everything.

since when? I still like playing this every now and again.

I remember back a long time ago when I'd play it.

after awhile it turns into a grindfest like pretty much everything

yesh that would do the trick

As an attempt to be a non-biased gamer (oi shut the forget up if you know me) I tried this out a few years ago. The turn-based card combat system was interesting but the art style and interface were hideous, not to mention the crappy voice acting. It's also marketed towards kids, so naturally, the chat is heavily restricted and everyone around you is an idiot.

All content past a certain point requires Crowns, which is in-game currency only available with real-life currency. The entire thing is a marketing scheme aimed at vulnerable dipstuff kids with equally inattentive parents. I'd be fine if it was optional content, but the main goddamn quest line can't even be finished without Crowns.

The customization was one of the things I found to be awesome IN CONCEPT ONLY. They let you choose any item appearance for any item, as long as you've had the item. e.g. Hat 1 has X stats and Hat 2 has X+7 stats but is ugly as stuff. They let you make Hat 2 look like Hat 1 while retaining the X+7 stats. But like I said, the art style was garbage and my character looked stoned the forget out of his mind.

The names are predetermined as part of the chat filtering. You have to use a regular first name combined with a surname that has a prefix and an optional suffix like Skywalker. Unfortunately I didn't think of using that.

The music is ok. It fits the setting and actually isn't half-bad.

Also Comic Sans MS is the worst font ever conceived and the heavy usage of it sickens me.

Basically I will criticize you heavily for enjoying this game without having any complaints about it. From a gamer's point of view, it has a few decent concepts but it's overall trash.

Doesnt matter. You still have to buy crowns for every zone.
