Ofc it could have been a typo. They could have ment to say 10, 100, 1000, 10000...

Cities XL is a huge loving steaming pile of stuff. Dear god I wish I could get back my money the devs stole from me. This stuff was expensive as hell. I hope I will never have to lay my eyes on the title of this game. The gameplay is horse stuff. The mechanics are worse than in any other city building game I've ever played. Literally ANY SimCity game is better. Any. loving. One. Stick with SimCities. Please never buy this. I hate this game more than anything else I've ever played in my life.

Either it was a typo or there is 1 buildings/structures.

I got 2011 for $8 during the summer sale. I think I've played less then an hour of it though, wasn't was great a Sim City.
