If I have anything plugged into the left front USB port, while booting up, it stops at the motherboard control panel and only continues to the post beep and all else when I go to "discard changes and exit". With nothing plugged in there, it just goes straight to the beep and so forth. Is this normal, or did I do something wrong?

If it's a USB flash drive, maybe it set it as the primary boot drive? That isn't normal.

Well, I need my parents to AGREE to actually let me have money first, so I can buy it.
Then with the profit that would be in a bank account, I could fix more computers and etcetara until I have money to help my brother build a computer.

Theres no money in fixing computers like that, theres so many people doing it that you can't make any money

my dad wants my computer config but i cant find the best one again
the budget was £600 (including VAT)
i need the best i can get
oh and i need a monitor and keyboard
and wireless card
and OS

before i had a good prebuilt (that you helped me with actually but the link borked after a week) from cyberpower

please help me refind it :c
i feel bad cause i feel like we are taking advantage of your magical computer wisdom though :c

Sweet, PSU and RAM arrived.

The RAM looks simple, but don't need any special looking one.

I was thinking of getting an ANtec Three Hundred Illusion, and switching the LED fans to red mode. Can the Illusion do that? I saw some "Tricolor" TRICOOL fans which a re LED on Newegg, but i'm not sure they're in the Illusion.



ALso, will take pictures later on.


ONE LAST QUESTION, URGENT. I ordered my 6870 yesterday, but it says it will arrive on Monday. One thing, since all stores will be open on Black Friday, does that mean Friday and Saturday will be business days? And will my package ship on those days?

What the forget? The prices for hard drives are huge now. They used to be about $60 for a simple 1TB HDD, now they are over $130.

For the extra $30, I'd go for the second one.
The PSU is 600 Watts, and that'll leave you some room to upgrade later on.

In regards to the shipping, I wouldn't really know. Never had anything sent through UPS or whatever before.

If you really must get a prebuilt, the second one with the Intel i5 processor is better.
