Why not just buy two 2gb sticks?
herp i didn't even notice that

Damn, the Motherboard cutout on the back of my HAF 932 is not large enough. I'd have to take out my motherboard to get a Corsair H60 in there.

Opening it for chrimbo.

AMD Radeon HD 6545G2 Dual GPU graphics (512mb dedicated (3.8th total))
How will that perform?

Somewhat well, but it will struggle on games that take a lot of resources, example, Skyrim, BF3, etc.
I figured this would be the best place to ask this question.

I'm contemplating buying Burnout Paradise for my PC, and cyri says I'm way over minimum. What bothers me is my CPU (it sucks compared to my computer) is a Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz where the minimum for the game is 2.8 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent (For Vista 3.2 GHz Intel Pentium 4)
Would I be able to run it well on High?
Your processor meets the requirements.

I'm building my pc and it refuses to start, I hit the power button and it starts spinning fans but then shuts of completely after a second and retries. theres nothing touching on the board, I have no idea please someone help

Faulty PSU? What brand and model did you get?

I am getting this soon. Better than my current laptop... No, I don't want a gaming desktop, so please don't say I should build one.

no one would tell you to build a laptop, period

No I said desktop, and I want a laptop because I'm always going to my grandparents and traveling with them and stuff. I also just hate sitting in one spot all the time, especially because my room is stupidly hot.

oh okay, didn't catch that
sorry

It turns out to be one of the ram sticks screwing it up, now it won't detect my 5870 and only uses the on board graphics. I installed the drivers so im confused

why is the background all Japanese q.q it makes me want to try to read it, or at least type what i don't understand into a translator

Help:

So I got a radeon hd 6870 like i was recommended in this topic for christmas and it doesn't seem to work... I took out the old card and put the new one in it's place and it just doesn't seem to be giving any signal out. Computer starts up as normally but no display through the monitor. I put the old card back in and it still works so nothing else wrong other than the new card. I double checked that i'd put it in right. I don't think the card is faulty as it's brand new and packaged. I tried un-installing the old card's drivers and putting in the new card as well but no luck.

it's text like in the some part of the Matrix
wtf
that is common knowledge

Should I set my ssd up in srt with my hdd?
