You have an AM3 motherboard, you have an FM1 processor.

Uh, that's an AM3 socket motherboard. The CPU you linked is a FM1 socket CPU. Totally different architectures. Sorry, you will have to get an AM3 CPU, like a Phenom II or an older Athlon II which isn't as good as the llano one you linked.
