Post the full model numbers. What you've posted tells me almost nothing about the specs.

I'm still having problems with my NAT settings
it's "strict" while I want it to be open, or at the very least moderate
I am trying to play Halo Reach with roosterblock but this is preventing me from committing such a horrendous act

Have you set it in your router admin panel? I can't see why it wouldn't stay on open if it was set in there.

That's decent. I recommend an SSD in SRT though.
I think the GPU will look a bit out of place that color. Maybe spend $50 more for the XFX Black Edition?

So when ever I lock my computer and don't do anything with it for a while but it's still on, it will kinda go into I guess a deep sleep mode because the fans and screen turns off. Is there anyway I can disable this?

Even though the delivery service said they would get the graphics card to me tomorrow, it turns up out of the blue.
I get 80 - 110 FPS on Minecraft, Around 300 on Blockland (According to Fraps) and 250 on Half Life 2 (According to Fraps).

I could run it at a solid 40 FPS on my old card, so It would probably be your processor but I don't really know. Ask Ethan.

My 6950 has a dual bios switch so I can safely turn it into a 6970 and not worry about bricking it.
