you could get a drive duplicator tool and put both drives in your computer, fire up the tool, and move your current installation to the SSD
or just install it like normal

Personally I wouldn't duplicate a hard-drive/ssd for two reasons, first being all your crap is cloned including everything you don't want and secondly I've heard bad things from stuff going wrong with different capacity drives.

That looks like you took a screenshot of your desktop and then stretched certain parts; I've never seen a forgeted up screen stretch stuff like that. That part on the right looks real, though.
