Look up your service tag on the Dell.com website, it should come up with the most recent drivers.
Or you could always use Windows Update.

OOOOH ETHAN ONE, ANSWER THYNE QUESTION.

My specs;
Radeon HD 4550
4 GB DDR3 Ram
AMD Phenom II X4 3.4 GHz

What graphics card should I get?  None too expensive, please.

Should I install the wireless adapter after I built my computer?

You can install it when you're building it, or after. It really doesn't matter.

I bought 8 gigs of 1333 mhz ram the other day for 60 bucks.
feels good man

I got 8gb of 1600 mhz for 30, did you get like an 8 gig stick?

I just got a new Graphics Driver from a friend... for free :D. Its a ATI Radeon™ HD 4670

How do i know if its compatible with my computer?
That's not a graphics driver, that's a video card (otherwise known as a GPU or graphics card).
The driver is the software that controls it.

Well, post a picture of it. They are the last card that could be AGP instead of PCI-E fitting. I'd also like a picture of the inside of the case and the sticker on the big box in the corner of it with all the wires coming from it (the PSU).
That should be enough to determine.

No budget clue?
Actually, I'm going to do this:

Get that, if your PSU is above 500W and good quality. If it isn't, then upgrade PSU. :P

Either or, but I'd do it after just in case the extra driver install somehow confuses something.

Alright this is semi-related but I need help. There is this virus that was on my computer. My dad fixed it for mine but somehow it spread to the computer in my den. I'm trying to fix it before my dad finds out and gets mad at me. The virus won't let me run Spybot Search and Destroy or any other programs.

Boot in safe mode and run a Malwarebytes scan.

@kakashi

That's really good for just upgrading. First, I'd recommend upgrading your motherboard and PSU. This is because most of the ones prebuilt brands (like the one you have) give really low-quality ones. Motherboard is not completely necessary, but PSU is a must (They usually only put 300W PSUs), I recommend this:

For graphics card, if you have to stay under $300, i recommend a 6950:

If you can spend more, get a 6970, really good:

Very good.
What about this instead of the Corsair:

It will supply more than enough wattage, whilst not as good, it will be more than adequate. Then he can get that and his GPU for less than $300.
Also, wow, 6950 for $200 after rebate. loving amazing :D. It feels barely worth the $60 extra for a Twin Frozr II.

Also yeah, kakashi, if you can get a 6970, you'll be playing pretty much any game on max detail.

Alright, thanks guys, locked the other topic, sorry for that, :)

No problem :)
The main reason I made this thread was because when people made threads you got all sorts of people saying "DOANLOWED MOAR RAM LOLOL downloadmoreram.com" and stupid stuff like that, then you always got the idiots that would tell you something totally unrelated, "maybe your dvd drive hasn't got enough bandwidth, upgrade it".
Then quite often they'd lock their topic before you could correct them.
