1. It will only allow up to a certain memory frequency of DDR3 RAM. Look up your laptop's documentary to find out the maximum RAM frequency.
2. Unfortunately, it will not.

I run cod 4 damn well, but that's not hard to do. But I get 10-30 fps on Source multiplayer games with lowest graphical settings with around 20 players.
