gigabyte's stuff is just bloody spectacular

I know this Is from awhile ago but people are saying on this that the PSU always fails... Any other suggestions anyone? I'm willing $800-$1200 prebuilt and I want it to be a desktop if possible. Possible to play Battlefield 3 on ultra settings with a good stable framerate.
Bump. Can anyone help? I've been looking on new egg but seeing bad reviews on them.

Why not build one?
It's fun, cheaper, and you get just the parts you want.
And we'll help you pick out parts if you want.

I've helped my father build computers... Not fun...
EDIT: And I can't really give you any suggestions on parts I want I don't know much about computers...

rustle overload

Its a great card but I dislike the cooling solution :/ idk why but I never liked the triple fan solution. I find it ugly.

if you're looking for stylish GPUs i think Asus and EVGA(?) has fairly good looking ones

I don't give a forget about looks, I buy cases without windows and install the maximum number of fans for extreme non-liquid cooling and airflow.

Unfortunately, I bought the single fan EVGA GTX 670. Highest temp it's got to is 75 Celsius; is that bad?

Right, but for a person like me who does care about looks and runs liquid cooling with a side panel I tend to make builds look as clean as possible.

If you like clean looking builds, you must be at least decent at cable management. Mind sharing some tips? Mine is pretty stuff (made the mistake of buying a non-modular PSU) and I want there to be as much free airflow as possible.

it sounds reasonable to me, if it reaches that temperature when put under extreme load like MSI Kombustor test thingy
my GTX 560Ti reaches 60 - 62 under extreme load when slightly overclocked, although i raised the fan speed.

My 6950 2GB, when overclocked to the highest possible settings in MSI Afterburner, barely reaches 70 F on max load and default fan settings.

can someone help me out here

can someone find a power supply for a compaq evo desktop with the model number E515?

Here's a tip; Acer monitors suck a grumpy monday's KFC and Kool Aid powder encrusted starfish. Never buy Acer monitors.
