So my parents have a lawsuit coming in and we'll have an extremely high budget and we're getting a new gaming computer. Help.

I already know I'm going to get a G-series mouse and keyboard. I want a lot of RAM and 64-bit stuff for Minecraft, and of course Graphics cards, ect.

Nop
It's just that Minecraft is like the only game that actually uses a lot of RAM instead of a lot of graphical power.

You should give a specific budget, "Extremely high" doesn't help, unless of course money is no object in which case just say that and I'm sure someone will give you the parts list to their dream computer.

highest price doesn't mean best
just a tip

I don't believe that.
my post literally takes less then 5 seconds including the bios splash screen.
windows take 15 seconds to boot up to login.
4 seconds to log in.
15 seconds to start up everything and i'm good to go.

Nvidia Quadro 6GB

That's like a rendering graphics card, play a video game and you'll die.

Just installed my new 7750, loving it.

Graphics card for £100 or under, has to be ATI or have 3 outputs that will let me play LA Noire, any suggestions?

Depends on your motherboard, PSU and CPU really.
If your system can take it I'd look at this; http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1gb-xfx-radeon-hd-7770-dd-core-edition-4500mhz-gddr5-28nm-gpu-1000mhz-640-cores-displayport-dual-lin

XFX edition cards are pretty reliable and high-performance, though personally I'd stretch an extra £30-ish and get a GTX 560, they're pretty cheap these days and are very high performance for the price-range
